NASCAR Chef and motivational speaker Virgil Cain dropped back in on The Show Friday with some “great” Super Bowl and Daytona 500 food ideas. Try ‘em at your own risk.
Tot Kabobs
- 1 package or store-bought tater tots (doesn’t have to be name brand)
- Put tots in oven and heat for specified time
- Put tots on a wood skewer
- Serve
Jalapeno Honey Mustard Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 Qt Mayonnaise
- 1 C Honey
- ½ C Zatarain’s Creole Mustard
- 1 C Minced Jalapeno
- Dash Cajun Seasoning
Instructions
- Combine first four incredients and mix well…add South Louisiana Seasoning to taste
- Place in refrigerator and chill for at least one (1) hour
McDonald’s Honey Mustart Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 Tbls. Prepared mustard
Instructions
- Mix. Makes 1/3 cup sauce
- Refrigerate covered
- Use within 1 month
