Good morning West Texans and all you good, fine, friendly folks out there who wish you were . . .
It’s gonna be a long day of waiting and watching and watching a waiting. We’ll have a complete recap tonight of what Nebraska does at their Board of Regents meeting. If they announce a move to the Big 10, it’s all over. ( and it’s all over already, but that’s beside the point)
We’ll also continue to follow the A&M to the SEC story. Most folks think it is Gene Stallings really pushing for the move. He’s got a few strong allies but Gov. Perry doesn’t seem to be one of them. I still think that A&M won’t be willing to give up playing Texas to go to the SEC but I’ve been wrong before. All indications are that Texas Tech won’t be making any announcements about the Pac 10 til Monday. I still won’t be shocked if things move up but Pac 10 commish Larry Scott has handled this very well and understands how to manipulate PR. With that I’d think he’d want to wait til Monday for any new additions just to get maximum media exposure. We’ll see.
We’ll have numerous guests on tonight, so check back here later to see who became pertinent and made the cut. We do know we’ll talk to Shaun Lenrose from The Ticket in Dallas live from San Diego at Petco Park as he takes in some NL ball.
We’ll also have your Friday Tri-Fecta ready to roll as well as a True-False Question for ya.
See ya at three and don’t forget to call us at 1-866-984-5326 as well as follow us at twitter at RyanHyattWHShow . If you haven’t signed-up for the podcast you need to! Great stuff this week and more coming. Take the best of West Texas with you where ever you go.

Stallings may be pushing to go to the SEC, but in the end Byrne and Loftin (A&M prez) will opt to stay with the rest and go west. The $$$ numbers are just too tempting. Word is that Byrne told the athletic dept employees last week to be prepared to go to the Pac-10.
