Another great summer day here on the South Plains. Today we’ll celebrate Cultural Index Thursday by asking you who you would cast as the main characters in a remake of Smokey and the Bandit. We also debut the Thursday Face-off today where we pit two somewhat similar things for you to choose from. Today it is Tacos vs. Chicken Fried Steak. One meal. One choice. Which direction do you go? Where do you go to get it?
